So here it all begins. I have been successfully helping people lose weight and get running since 2017. It started out as a part time gig alongside my day job as a solicitor. But, the more results I achieved with my clients, the more I wanted to concentrate on helping women become healthier and as a result, more confident as there is no better feeling than seeing people start to shine under my guidance.
As menopause hit, I did notice that weight seemed to creep on for no apparent reason and so in addition to my hypnosis and Run Leader training, I studied nutrition and on qualification set about designing a programme to give menopausal women the knowledge and motivation to fight back against those annoying menopause symptoms. I want all women to realise that life is very much for living and pushing a few boundaries. With the menopause comes new beginnings and opportunities and my role is to help you prioritise you and help you find those opportunities and learn to live lighter, brighter and more confident.
